Card details will be taken during the booking process and the details checked. The details need to be valid to guaranty the booking. The booking will be canceled if they are not valid. A payment of one night may be taken to secure the booking. This payment is refundable at the time of arrival if you wish to pay using a different method. If any payments are taken you will be notified using the email address you have provides during booking.
You can cancel you booking without any charge up to 7 days before the arrival day. Cancellations made after this time up to the arrival day will be charged 50% of the cost of the stay. Same day booking cancelations or no shows will be charged the cost of the booking.
It is more about being considerate of other guests than being unfriendly. No outside guests unless previously agreed.

Guest are accountable for damages including damage to furniture, furnishings and floors.
To be welcomed check-in is between 11.00am and 20.00pm and must be indicated on booking and we need to be notified of any change of plan or delays. An earlier arrival to drop off bags and pick up keys is possible but the room won't be accessible. A later check-in is also possible but must be communicated in advance and may revert to a self service check-in procedure.
The room needs to be available to clean so check-out is at 11.00am. This doesn't mean you have to pack your bags and sling you hook then. You are welcome to use the lounge longer than this if you need to rest or relax a while longer. Bags do need to be packed though so the cleaning process can start. It is possible to store bags until later but this needs to be arranged in advance knowing you time of return to collect them.
All guests are encouraged to smile and enjoy their stay. This is not solely reserved to between the time of arrival and departure but may also include but not demanded during reading the terms and conditions.
